Student Data Privacy Notice
A focused explanation of how OrderlyClass handles school and student records.
- Version
- 2026.10.1
- Audience
- Students, parents, educators, and districts
- Effective date
Our commitments
- Use student data only for school purposes selected by the school or district.
- Do not sell student data or use it for targeted advertising or unrelated commercial profiling.
- Do not use student data, prompts, or outputs to train general-purpose AI models.
- Limit access to authorized users, enabled OrderlyClass applications, and reviewed providers with a legitimate need.
- Support district-directed access, correction, export, restriction, and deletion.
Optional sensitive information
Student photographs, support indicators, limited health-condition flags, guardian contacts, detailed notes, certification records, and similar fields should be enabled only when the district documents an educational purpose and authorizes role-limited access.
Social Security numbers, biometric templates, financial-account information, precise location, immigration records, counseling records, juvenile records, and full medical, IEP, or 504 files are prohibited by default unless a separately reviewed feature and district agreement expressly authorize them.
Requests and concerns
Students and parents should normally contact their school or district first. The district can verify identity, determine which educational rights apply, and direct OrderlyClass to correct, export, restrict, or delete information.
An authorized district representative may contact support@orderlyclass.com. Do not send sensitive student records through ordinary email.
