Students and parents should normally begin with their school or district for education-record access, correction, export, or deletion. The district can verify identity and send an authorized request to OrderlyClass.

Support, legal notices, privacy requests, security reports, and accessibility requests may be sent to support@orderlyclass.com or mailed to Orderly Class LLC, 4846 Old Windthorst Road, Wichita Falls, Texas 76310. Do not include passwords or sensitive student records in an initial email.

For an urgent safety or security concern, also contact the school or district technology office through its established incident channel.
